1 Tbs. Flour
This recipe adds the colors and warmth of Christmas with the bright green and red bell peppers in our white chili.
Begin by lightly frying your chicken pieces for a few minutes in a large skillet, large enough to hold all of our ingredients. Add the 1 1/2 cups of water and continue and cook for about 20 minutes. If the chicken breast you are using have their skin and bones, remove the skin and bones after about 10-15 minutes. After a cooking time of about 20-25 minutes total add the Chicken Chili easoning, bell peppers (chopped), corn, and the Great Norther Beans. Bring the mixture to a boil, stir and reduce heat to a simmer. Allow to simmer for another 20 minutes occasionally stirring. Use salt substitute and pepper to taste.
If the chili is to thick, add flour to it but first mix your flour with a little water. Add flour gradually to bring chili to desired texture.
