5 stalks of celery
2 Onions
1 tsp Poultry seaqsoning
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp salt substitute

DIRECTIONS

Saute celery and onions in one stick of butter until softened. Lower heat. Add in additional butter and allow to melt, stir in chicken broth, poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper. Let cool.

Cut bread into 1-inch cubes. Add to the chicken broth and gently toss to mix. Stuff loosely into turkey.

The stuffing may be cooked separately in an uncovered casserole dish at 350 F. for 30 minutes.
