per/serving) 1 - 6oz can - Contadina Tomatoe PASTE 20mg per serving 2 - 6oz cans - Water 12 ounces total 1pk - Splenda Sweetener 1 1/2T - Olive Oil (May substitue or mix Edova for less trans.) 1/4t - Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb 1/4t - Mrs. Dash Tomatoe & Basil !/4t - Italian Seasoning (MAKE SURE 0 Sodium) 1/4t - Pepper Be imaginitive on the pepper! 1/2 Yellow & Reb Bell peppers 1clove - fresh garlic (you can reduce sodium if you can locate or order unsalted tomatoe sauce!) |
| Directions Put your oil in the bottom of a sauce pan or fry pan and add garlic, onions and peppers. Cook until soft. Add water then seasonings. Simmer at least 20 - 30 minutes but the longer you simmer the better. If you like to simmer you sauce for a while, you may need to add in more water. When done use on your pizza or pasta |
