Pre-Made Pizza Crusts

I like to make extra no sodium pizza crusts and freeze them. Here is one of my favorite pizza crust recipes that will make 4 large pizzas.
What You Need..
10 1/2 cups all purpose flour with no sodium
3 cups of Warm Water (about 110º. Warm to touch but not hot!
6 packets of yeast
5 TBS. Honey
3/4 cups Olive Oil
1 1/2 tsp. Salt Substitute
1 tsp. Basil
2 TBS. Olive Oil
In a large bowl add your warm water and yeast. Gently stir water to help dissolve yeast. After yeast has dissolved, add all the other ingredients except the flour. Mix the other ingredients in then begin to slowly add your flour, stirring with a wooden spoon. When all the flour is added begin to kneed dough squeezing it well for about 7 or 8 minutes.
Cut the dough in half, then cut each half in half again to form 4 equal balls. Oil the pans ( 12" round) you plan on cooking the dough in and place the four balls of dough each on a separate pan. Or you can use two balls of dough for a large rectangular pizza. Place the pans with the dough in a warm place and allow to rise, the longer the better but I would give it a least an hour or two. When the dough has risen, press it down and spread it out to form pan. Brush the top with olive oil and allow to rise another hour.
Preheat your oven to 400º. When oven has preheated, bake the dough in the pizza pan for about 10 - 12 minutes or until the crust in browned enough to remove from pan without breaking. Place the crust directly on oven rack and bake about 4 or 5 more minutes. When done allow to cool on a cooling rack. o store cut a piece of waxed cardboard the size of the crust and place in a freezer bag and freeze. Or stack the crust on a piece of wax cardboard and wrap in freezer paper and freeze.
Use as you would a frozen pizza, top with your favorite low sodium toppings and cheese and bake in a 400º preheated oven for 10-12 minutes.
