| Directions
Cut the stem off of your Portabella mushroom. Pre-heat your oven or toaster oven to 400degrees. Fill the mushroo cap with your homemade pizza sauce and cover with low sodium mozzarello cheese. Bake in oven for 20 - 25 minutes and enjoy! |
