Pistachio Frozen Yogurt

What You Need..

1 Cup Shelled Pistachios
4 Cups Plain Yogurt
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
3/4 Cup Sugar
3/4 Cup Lite Whipping Cream
1/2 Cup Half and Half
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

Start by blanching the pistachios. this will help them keep their color and remove a lot of the salt from them. Next mix all the ingredients thoroughly together, if you have an ice cream mixer, even better!

Finish Freezing and serve.
