Peppercorn Steak

What You Need ...
1 lean Steak (trim excess fat)
1 1/2 TBS. cooking sherry
1/2 - 1 clove fresh garlic
1-2 TBS. Olive Oil
1/4 tsp. Salt Substitute
Crushed Black Peppercorns
Start by cooking your steak in 1 TBS. olive oil in medium high preheated skillet. While steak is cooking pour the other TBS. olive oil over the steak. Cook steak 3 - 4 minutes each side and check for doneness. et steak aside to rest for five minutes and add the sherry, garlic and peppercorns to the pan and steak drippings. Cook for a minute or two then pour over steak and serve.
NOTE: We used a T-Bone because it seams to be less in sodium .
