Homemade Low Sodium Pancakes

What You Need....
1c - Bread Flour (0 sodium)
1 - medium egg
1t - zero sodium baking powder
1 1/2t - sugar or 1 packet splenda
1 1/3c - water
Low sodium cooking spray (0 Sodium)
Toppings
1 pat - Flieshmans unsalted margerine
1T - Sugar Free Syrup
DIRECTIONS:
In a bowl mix the flour, sugar, baking powder. Break the egg on top of the mixture and pour the water on top. Stir until the egg is totally mixed in but try to leave the mixture lumpy. A too smooth of mixture makes for flat chewy pancakes,
Cook on one side in a pre-sprayed fry pan on medium to high heat until you see the edges start to brown and air bubble rise through the pancake. Flip and cook until the other side starts to brown...ENJOY
