Home Made Italian Sausage Patties

What You Need..
2Lbs Ground Pork (Lean Butt or Other Lean cut- ask your butcher)
1/4 cup red cooking wine or Sherry
1 or 2 cloves of fresh Garlic (depending on how garlicky you like it. (minced)
2-3 Tbs. Ground Parsley
1 Tbs. Ground Basil
1 tsp. cayenne pepper or Mrs. Dash Spicy
1/2 tsp. Salt substitute
1/2 tsp. Oregano
1/4 tsp. ground or fresh black pepper
1tsp. Paprika
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. fennel seeds
Mix all ingredients together well mashing together between the fingers. When all items are mixed well, cook as you desire. This mix can be made into sausage patties, ground sausage for pizza, or sausage chunks for sausage sandwiches. we do not recommend stuffing in casings as they contain sodium. Do not place on pizza, in sandwiches, etc, raw, cook the sausage first.
ABOUT 50mg sodium depending on pork cut and size of patties.
