Horseradish Crusted Roast Beef

What You Need..

2-3 Lb Roast
1/4 Cup Horseradish Sauce
1/2 tsp. Garlic powder
1/4 tsp. Onion powder
1/4 tsp. Salt Substitute
1/4 tsp. Sugar
1/4 tsp. Parsley
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 cup Water
2 tsp. or 2 packets Herb Ox No Sodium Beef Bullion

This roast is best slow cooked for about 3-4 hours. Put your roast in a casserole or roasting pan and pour water in around it. You may need more water for a larger pan or larger roast. Season the roast with the Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Sugar, Parsley, pepper and salt substitute. add the Herb Ox No Sodium Beef Bullion to the water and stir around until mixed. Brush on the horseradish sauce onto the top of the roast and spread it evenly around with the seasonings.

Slow cook roast in a 250º oven for 3-4 hours or until the roast has reached the desired doneness, check with a thermometer if you have one. Baste roast every 1/2 hour with the liquid in the roasting pan. The last 10-15 minutes of cooking time, you may want to turn your broiler on the beef if you have one. this will really crisp up the outside of the beef.
