Honey Grilled Chicken

What you need...

Number of Chicken Breast/Pieces required for dinner (We used 5)

3 Tbs. Honey

1/2 cup Brown Sugar

1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper

1/4 tsp. garlic powder

1/4 tsp. paprika

1/4 tsp. Your favorite Ms. Dash

Mix all your seasonings (except the honey) with the brown sugar. Rub the mixture into the chicken and set aside for 15 minutes in a cool place. You may increase or decrease the seasoning mixture you have by adding or eliminating brown sugar so that you have the right amount for your number of pieces of chicken. Preheat your grill (either indoor or outdoor grill is fine) to about 400º. Grill your chicken as you normally would but avoid turning too much so that your seasoning rub can absorb into the chicken as it cooks. During the last 15 minutes of cooking, drizzle the honey over the chicken to glaze it. When fully cooked remove from heat and serve hot.
