Chicken Honey Dijon

What You Need...
3 or 4 Chicken Breast (Can be Boneless and/or Skinless)
1 Green Onions
1/2 cup Chicken stock from Zero Sodium Herb Ox Broth
2 TBS. Olive Oil
2-3 TBS. Honey
1 TBS. All Purpose Flour with Zero Sodium
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
2 TBS. Dijon Mustard
1 Clove Garlic
Salt Substitute and Pepper
Start by browning your chicken in a skillet pre-heated with the olive oil. Add the garlic clove chopped up and coat the chicken with the honey and season with the salt substitute and pepper. Turn chicken halfway through cooking process. After the chicken is fully cooked, remove, cover and set aside to keep warm.
In the skillet that you have removed the chicken from, add your flour and absorb drippings with the flour by moving around on the bottom of the pan. Add your chicken stock, sour cream, dijon mustard and season the sauce again. Heat to just before a boil and simmer for 5 - 10 minutes stiring constantly.
Serve chicken with sauce poured over top and garnished with some chopped up green onion. Best served with sauteed mushrooms and our Easy Rice pilaf!
Approx. 125 mg. sodium depending on the chicken breast you use.
