Low Sodium Hamburger Buns

What You Need
for a 8 buns
1+ c -  Warm Water
1 1/2 T - Flieshmans Unsalted Margerine
2 T - Non-Fat Milk Powder
3 c - Bread Flower (Sodium Free)
  1pack - Slenda Sweetner
1 1/4 t - Yeast


Directions
Combine all of the ingredients into your Bread Machine. Some Bread Machines have a seperate yeast dispenser, you may use that for your yeast if you so desire.  Otherwise, combine the water, margerine, milk powder, yeast and splenda into the bread machine, then add the flour.

Remove the dough after the machine has mixed it. On a floured surface break the dough in half, break the halves in half again, and those halves in half again! This should give you eight evenly sized dough balls. Roll each dough piece into a ball and flatten and stretch into a hamburger bun size shape. Place on a pre-sprayed cookie sheet, cover and allow to rise till they double (about 30-40 min.)

Then bake at 400 for 25-30 minutes or until Golden Brown.
