Low Sodium Grilled Burger



At only 65mg of sodium in a quarter pound burger,
Who needs McDonalds!


What You Need....

1/4 Pound of lean ground meat, chuck or Sirloin

1 Tbs. Liquid Smoke

1/8 tsp. garlic powder

1/4 tsp. Mrs. Dash

salt sustitute and fresh ground pepper.

 

Mix items together and grill for about 7 or 8 minutes each sside only turning once. Serve with favorite toppings (some may increase sodium) on you Low Sodium bread or buns.
