 Egg in the Basket





Just Like Mama use to make, BUT WITHOUT SALT!

What You Need
1slice -  Your Low/No sodium homemade bread
1 - medium egg
Zero sodium cooking spray (0 Sodium)
2 pats - Flieschmans Unsalted Margerine
Nu-Salt & Pepper to desire!

Directions
Tear a hole a little bigger than a quarter out of your slice of bread. Put the margerine on BOTH sides of the bread. Place bread in a hot pre-sprayed pan.

After bread begins to toast, break the egg into the hole and cook a couple minutes then flip. When the other side of the egg and bread have cooked, you are done!
