Directions
Dough: Dissolve the yeast in One Cup of Warm water. Mix in the 1T of slpenda, 2T Olive oil or Edova, (you may add a salt substitute here if you wish 1tsp) and 2 3/4 cups of flour. Mix together well adding a 1T of water if needed. Kneed dough and cover for 15 minutes. Seperate dough into two even pieces and roll out to about a 10" circle. set in a warm place for about another 10-15minutes and the dough will rise nicely and become soft.

Push the dough out again into about a 10 inch circle and cover with you homade low sodium sauce, add your favorite toppings such as mushrooms, peppers, onions or whatever you enjoy that is low in sodium. Avoid pepperoni and sausage but a little ground chuck (fried) is faily low in sodium. Finally add a low sodium parmesian cheese or low soodium mozzarello if desired. Fold the dough over and crimp shut. Place the calzones on a pre-spray (low sodium spray) cookie sheet and place in a 400º oven. You may brush some low-sodium fleischmans margerine on them as they bake for 25 or 30 minutes or until golden brown.

Let Cool a bit before cutting and Enjoy!
