Low Sodium Breakfast Burrito

 

What you Need...

 

2 Medium Eggs

1 Tbs. Flieshmans Un-Salted Margering or Un-Salted Butter

1/8 cup water

1/8 tsp. salt Substitute

Pepper to season

1/4 cup Our Low Sodium Salsa (Homemade)

2 Floured Tortillias (Corn for even less sodium!)

 

Mix your eggs, salt substitute, pepper and water and scramble in a fry pay with the ablespoon of butter. When the eggs are cooked and scrabled add in the salsa. Lightly mis and serve in a warmed tortillia.

 

Makes 2 Servings
