Low Sodium Blueberry Pancakes

What You Need...
1c - Bread shop's Blueberry & Cream Granola Cereal (Available in our Store)
1c - No Sodium Whole Wheat Flour
2 t - No Sodium Baking Powder (Available in our Store)
2T - "Deb-El Just Whites" Egg Whites (Available in our Store)
1/4 c - Water
1 very ripe banana mashed
1c - 2 % Milk (maybe a little more)
2t - Vanilla extract

In a medium bowl toss together the granola, whole wheat flour and baking powder. Stir in the banana and vanilla extract. Next stir in the milk and stir well, set aside. In another bowl put in the two tablespoons of egg white and 1/4 cup of water and mix with a mixer until it begins to form peaks. Beat 1/3 of the egg mixture into the batter. With a spatula fold the remaining egg whites into the batter.
Bring a skillet to medium heat forming about 3 inch circles with the margarine. Ladle a scoop of batter onto the hot margarine circles and cook until the batter begins to bubble ( about 1 minute). Flip and cook till the bottoms are browned. Repeat with remaining batter.
