Low Sodium Pancake |
THIS IS MY FAVORITE!
I like to make one large pancake from this recipe.

| Mix together flour. applesauce, water, baking powder, egg whites, and splenda. Stir until the mixture is still a bit lumpy. Heat a oiled fry pan to a medium heat and pour the mixture into one large circle. Cook until the mixture begins to bubble, and just starts to brown at the edge. Flip and cook about a minute or two on the other side until that side browns.
Remove from pan and sprinkle the cinnamon sugar on top. Add the unsalted margerine and syruo if you desire and enjoy! |
